You are eligible for a refund if:
You have started a new subscription and you request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Please note: this only applies to new subscriptions, and not already existing subscriptions that get automatically renewed at the end of the period. Refunds are not applicable after the automatic renewal is processed.

If you purchased 8fit PRO on the App Store (using your Apple ID) the refund can only be processed by Apple according to their terms. Purchases made on the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. In this case, you will need to contact Apple directly for a refund.
