- You request a refund within the 14-day trial period
- You didn't have a trial, and you request a refund within 14 days of purchasing a new subscription
If you chose to purchase 8fit Pro on the App Store (using your Apple ID), unfortunately, the refund must be processed by Apple and we can't have any action on this transaction. Purchases made on the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies.
