Am I eligible for a refund?
Whether you're eligible for a refund depends on how you got your 8fit subscription: If you purchased it in the Google Play Store or via credit card, contact our Support Team through the Support section of your profile in the 8fit app.
What if I subscribed through the App Store?
If you subscribed to a trial or purchased 8fit PRO in the Apple App Store, you will need to contact Apple support to get a refund. Please note that refunds are not possible if you had a free trial or after an automatic renewal of your subscription.
