Am I eligible for a refund?
Whether you're eligible for a refund depends on how you got your 8fit subscription: If you purchased it in the Google Play Store or via credit card (not via the App Store), contact our Support Team through the Support section of your profile in the 8fit app.
What if I subscribed through the App Store?
If you subscribed to a trial or purchased 8fit PRO in the Apple App Store, you will need to contact Apple support to get a refund. Please note that refunds are not possible if you had a free trial or after an automatic renewal of your subscription.
