It is only possible to cancel a subscription if you really have one, that is if you have accessed the free trial or the PRO version.
If so, you must have received a confirmation email from the App Store, the Google Play Store, or Stripe. You will not see the option to cancel a subscription if you have the free 8fit plan.
To cancel iOS (App Store) trials and subscriptions
- Go to 'Settings' on your phone (not on the 8fit app)
- Go to 'iTunes and App Store'
- Select your Apple ID
- Select 'View Apple ID'
- Enter your Apple ID password
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
To cancel Android (Google Play Store) subscriptions
- Open the app
- Go to your 'Profile' screen
- Tap on the 'Settings' icon (⚙) in the top right corner
- Tap on 'Subscription'
- Tap on 'Cancel 8fit Pro'
- Tap on 'No, cancel my subscription'
To cancel Stripe subscriptions via the app

- Open the app
- Go to your 'Profile' screen
- Tap on the 'Settings' icon (⚙) in the top right corner
- Tap on 'Subscription'
- Tap on 'Cancel 8fit Pro'
- Tap on 'No, cancel my subscription'
To cancel Stripe subscriptions via our website
- Log in to the 8fit web app
- Locate 'Manage subscription'
- Click on 'Stop auto-renewal'
The automatic renewal of your subscription will then be turned off. You will still have access to 8fit Pro until the subscription end date.
Please note: deleting the app will not cancel your subscription, please ensure you cancel using the instructions above to avoid any unwanted charges or contact our support team for more assistance.
