It is only possible to cancel a subscription if you really have one, that is, if you have accessed the free trial or the PRO version.
If so, you must have received a confirmation email from the Google Play Store or the App Store. You will not have the option to cancel if you only have the Free 8fit plan.
To cancel iOS (Apple) trials and subscriptions
- Go to 'Settings' on your phone (not 8fit app)
- Go to 'iTunes and App Store'
- Select your Apple ID
- Select 'View Apple ID'
- Enter your Apple ID password
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
To cancel Android (Google Play Store) or Credit/Debit card trials and subscriptions
- Open the app
- Go to your 'Profile' screen
- Tap on the 'Settings' icon (⚙) in the top right corner
- Tap on 'Subscription'
- Tap on 'Cancel subscription'
