Just 4 sessions a week is enough to start seeing a change
Here at 8fit, we recommend that you do at least 4 workouts sessions a week to get the best results. If you feel you can do another workout, go for it! Just make sure that you aren't compromising your form while doing so.
Our workouts are short, yet effective. It's important that you push yourself, while at the same time maintaining proper form. This prevents injury and ensures that you are targeting the intended muscle groups.
How can that be enough?
Our workouts will progress as you do, and we've created a series of cycles and levels to ensure that your abilities and strengths keep improving and that you keep enjoying them. Just ensure that you rest at least once a week to help your muscles recover and grow.
Nutrition counts too!
