There are 3 ways to remove a specific meal
- change it
- replace it
- skip it
Changing a meal: Change one 8fit recipe for another within the app, if the suggested one doesn't appeal to you
- tap on Change
- select a new meal
- tap on Choose as ... to save the change
Replacing a meal: It's possible to replace an 8fit meal with one you've eaten off-menu
- tap on the green plus sign in the tab bar
- tap on Log meal
- select the meal you wish to log
- add a photo of the meal you ate (optional)
- add a short description of the meal
- select the portion size
- describe how healthy it was (don't cheat 😉)
- tap on Log this meal
Skipping a meal: To skip a meal, simply tap on Skip. The ingredients for this meal will then not be sent to the shopping list, so you don't buy unnecessary ingredients (remember to do this after you set up your meal plan, but before you set up your shopping list and go shopping).
