The calories in your meal plan are calculated according to your goal, gender, age, weight, height and physical activity level. This means that the quantities in each recipe are always adapted to the portion size you require, so remember to adjust your data once a week in your Profile.
It's important to give the body the energy it requires in order to function properly. The body tends to adjust to what it is used to, so if you find your portion too big or too small, please reach out to our Support Team.
