Your recipe book can be found in your Profile
To access it, simply tap on Profile, scroll down to 'Resources', then tap on 'Recipe book'.
The recipe book is divided into a number of categories, including Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Snack, Post-Workout, no added sugar, family-friendly, gluten-free, among others. Simply tap on the category you want, and scroll down the list.
How can I find a specific meal?
Your saved favorites will appear at the top of your recipe book, or you can search for a specific recipe by ingredient. Simply tap on the ingredient you'd like to use, and scroll down the list of suggested recipes.
