Here’s how you can log your extra meals into the 8fit app:
- Log in to the app
- Tap on the Logging Icon with the plus (+) sign inside
- Tap on 'Meal'
- Select the meal
- Upload a photo (optional), name your meal, choose the portion size and how healthy it was, don't cheat ;)
- Tap on 'Log this meal' when you're ready
Unfortunately, we're not able to track calories with this feature just yet, but our research has shown that users who log their meals consistently are more likely to reach their goals.
