Here’s how you can log your extra meals into our app:
- Log in to the app
- Tap on the green circle with the plus (+) sign inside
- Tap on ‘Log Meal
- Select the meal
- Upload a photo (optional) and describe your meal, tap on 'Done'
- Choose the portion size and how healthy it was, don't cheat ;)
- Tap on 'Log this meal'
Unfortunately, we're not able to track calories with this feature just yet, but our research has shown that users who log their meals consistently are more likely to reach their goals.
