It's not possible to track calories for non-8fit meals
8fit suggests a recommended daily calorie intake (target calories) and as long as you're following the 8fit meal plan, you'll reach this target. Please note that, when you log off-plan meals in the app, we're not able to track these calories.
So what about my off-plan meals?
You can log off-plan meals in the app, but we're not able to track these calories. Contact our Support Team to find out why we don't encourage calorie counting.
