Juices may not be as healthy as you think
If you’ve been drinking lots of soda, juice, other sweetened drinks or milk, it will be a challenge to stop it. It’s hard, but cutting off liquid calories is a big part of a healthy diet. Did you know that it takes around four oranges to make one cup of orange juice? That's why juice contains a lot of sugar which rises your blood sugar and blocks your fat metabolism.
What about zero and light sodas?
Zero or light drinks are not necessarily a better choice as they come with artificial sweeteners. You might end up consuming even more calories in the end, because they will make you crave more food. Your best bet is to cut back on all types of sodas to avoid interrupting your body’s metabolism.
