The app uses the information you've entered in your Profile
The calories in your meal plan are calculated according to your goal, gender, age, weight, and physical activity level. This means that the quantities in each recipe are always adapted to the portion size you require for you to reach your goal.
How is this updated?
It is not possible to directly adjust or edit your target calories. However, if you change your data such as target body fat, this will affect the target calories recommended to you.
The meal plan automatically refreshes to the recommended amount of calories every seven days, so it's important that you keep your data (goal, weight, current and target body fat, exercise) updated. You can do all of this once a week from your Profile:
- go to Profile
- scroll down and tap on Modify
- tap on the different categories to update them
