How can I delete my account?

To delete your account simply follow these steps:

1. Open your 8fit app
2. Go to 'Profile' 
3. Tap on 'Settings' (the cog icon in the upper right-hand corner)
4. Tap on 'Account' > Tap on 'Delete my account'
5. Tap on 'Back'
6. Tap on 'Log out'

Your account and information will then be deleted and you can delete the app from your mobile device.

IMPORTANT!

This step is irreversible: once you delete your account, we won't be able to retrieve any of your information.

If you have a subscription/trial to 8fit Pro, you MUST cancel it before deleting your account - deleting your profile will not cancel your subscription.
