Unfortunately we do not have cool-down stretches for the moment, but they are coming soon.
Aim to stretch for 5 minutes every day. Getting adequate rest and protein will really aid muscle soreness. So make sure you are getting good sleep and eating a healthy, balanced diet, to help your muscles repair and recover quicker.
