We constantly work on adding new content to our app, please check out our programs, challenges and classes for new content:
1. If you tend to switch out exercises because you can't perform them perfectly, then you should not move to the next level as levels differ mainly in the complexity of the exercises they offer.
2. Additionally, each level can be repeated regardless of the fitness level. Simply go to Workouts > Workout Plan View Details (top right corner) > Scroll down > Change difficulty > Select the Level you want to repeat.
3. Finally, if you're done, you can also go back to any workout and change the intensity by adding more reps or increasing the speed at which you perform the exercise. BUT it must be in good form so you prevent injury.
