How can I contact 8fit?
If you can’t find the answer to your question in our FAQs, you can contact our Support Team who will try their best to help you. You can either simply write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or reach out to us via the app by following these steps:
1. Open the 8fit app
2. Go to the profile screen
3. Click on the "Settings" icon in the upper right-hand corner
4. Scroll down to "Support"
5. Click on the Message button in the bottom right-hand corner, and send us your inquiry.
