Once you start a workout, the app will tell you how many reps to perform, or in how much time to perform them.
The format is:
5x means 5 repetitions
00:20 means perform as many as you can within 20 seconds
For single-sided exercises, it will indicate whether or not to alternate sides or complete half the reps before switching sides. This is shown when you do the workout, not in the preview.
