Exercising will put extra stress on your body, which might make what you have worse. Never workout when you have a fever.
Stay hydrated, drink lots of water, eat healthy foods to boost your immune system and rest up!
If you feel it's something that is more serious always check with your doctor. When you're better you can come back and smash your workouts and give it 100 percent.
