We offer many types of workouts, each type varies in length, from short 10 min workouts to longer ones to push yourself:
Shorter Workouts
We offer shorter workouts under your workout plan, that will vary between 10-20 min. The workouts in your program will progress as you do, as we've created a series of cycles and levels to ensure that your abilities and strengths keep progressing as you progress towards your goals.
Longer Workouts
We have longer workouts in the format of variated classes from Tabata, boxing, and HIIT, to yoga, meditation, and Pilates.
Challenges
We also offer a set of workouts that focus on specific time-based goals, and series of exercises that get you moving in fun ways.
Programs
These are collections of workouts, articles, and recipes that last between 2 and 4 weeks, where you will be focusing on a specific target: workouts under 10 min, stretching workouts, living the 8fit values, among others.
