Each session is maximum 20 minutes, and you can do them at your gym or at home. No equipment required.
Please remember that if you want to reach your goal, consistency is key, so commit to completing 4 workouts per week no matter what.
It’ll be hard in the beginning, and you'll feel sore for the first few days, but that's the first sign of change in your body!
Once this has passed, you'll feel a lot better mentally and physically, and you'll continue to make progress.
