How can I be sure?
Things which affect the number of calories you need during a day are your activity level, whether you are breastfeeding exclusively or supplementing with formula, and your current body fat percentage, amongst others. If you're not sure, please click on 'Submit a request' below and our nutritionist will be happy to check whether your calories need to be adjusted.
