The flames on the workout screen indicate how many activities you have logged in a week
It can either be an 8fit workout or an activity you complete your own. To start an 8fit workout, just tap on 'Start next workout' on your Workouts screen. To log an additional activity like walking or running, tap on the '+' sign you see when you open the app.
We recommend you complete at least 4 workouts per week
Once you complete a workout, one of the four flames will light up at the top of your workouts screen. We recommend a minimum of four 8fit workouts a week, but you can do another session if you're up to it. Just remember to rest one a day a week to give your muscles time to recover. This helps prevent injury.
