Why is my weight not changing?
Not seeing instant changes can be hard, but it is important to keep doing what you're doing. By eating right and workout regularly, you will see results. Weight fluctuations can be very common and can be caused by water retention from eating more salt the previous day, drinking water before you weigh yourself, wearing different clothes, or weighing at different times of the day. A number on the scales doesn't say anything about changes in your body composition: it is essential to think about what you've achieved so far.
Weight loss is a long journey, and it doesn’t happen overnight. We recommend you complete at least 10 workouts to see real changes. If you follow the meal plan, you'll progress even faster.
It is also important to keep in mind that nutrition is 80% of what determines if you’ll be successful in recomposing your body. It usually takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to see it.
