Why am I sweating?
Sweating is a way of cooling yourself down. Everybody is different and therefore everybody will sweat more or less.
How can I know if I am sweating too much/not enough?
If you think you are under/over sweating you can always check with your doctor. Just always make sure you are on the correct level for you.
The workouts should be challenging yet enjoyable and most importantly doable with correct form being the most important thing.
