For 8fit subscriptions made through Google Play or App Store, we cannot help you change your payment method, as data protection laws prevent us from having access to your payment data. Please go directly to the Apple/Google Play store, where your payment options are located.
For subscriptions made via the 8fit web, please follow the below instructions to update your card on file:
- Go to the 8fit web and sign in using your 8fit credentials
- Click on Update credit card
- On the next page, add your new card details and click save
