What payment methods does 8fit accept?

When you sign up for a subscription with 8fit, you are limited to the payment methods allowed by the App Store or the Google Play Store in your region or country. Please check the options available to you, and contact Apple or Google directly for additional help and options.

If you sign up for a subscription through the 8fit.com website, we only accept credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

Changing your payment method
For 8fit subscriptions made through Google Play or Apple Store, we cannot help you change your payment method, as data protection laws prevent us from having access to your payment data. Please go directly to the Apple/Google Play store, where your payment options are located.

For subscriptions made via the 8fit website, please follow the below instructions to update your card on file:

1. Go to the 8fit website and sign in using your 8fit credentials
2. Click on Update credit card
3. On the next page, add your new card details and click save
