If you have purchased an iOS Pro subscription through the App Store but it is not appearing in your 8fit account, or if you have changed your device, you may need to restore your purchase.
Please follow these steps in order to access your Pro account:
1. Open the 8fit app and go to your profile
2. Tap on the Settings icon (⚙)
3. Tap on Subscription
4. Scroll right to the bottom of the page
5. Restore purchase
Once you've done that, please restart the app for the change to take effect:
1. Double-tap the Home button on your phone
2. Swipe the 8fit panel up to get rid of it
3. Tap the Home button
4. Open 8fit again
Kindly ensure that you have a good internet connection - preferably WiFi - when doing so.
